WHAT IF MY SUIT, BLAZER, OR SHIRT DOESN’T FIT?

If your first custom suit, blazer, or shirt requires any adjustments, please schedule time here to meet our tailor to bring it back. If the tailor deems your garment to be unalterable, please email support@fitfactory.co and we will happily remake it for you free of charge.

If you prefer to bring it to your tailor, please contact support@fitfactory.co and we will work with you to get your garment fit dialed in just right

Alteration and remake requests must be made within 30 days after you receive your garment.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, FitFactory will make it right. Guaranteed.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There is no risk when buying from FitFactory — we fully guarantee your satisfaction and the integrity of the suit for a full year. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your first order from us, we will fix it, replace it, or provide you with a full refund within 30 days of when you received your item(s).

Returns and exchanges must be received at FitFactory in unworn and/or original condition. Contact support@fitfactory.co for assistance.

 

WHY DON'T YOU ASK ME TO MEASURE MYSELF?

Significant training is required to take body measurements accurately. This is why most online tailors take multiple tries before delivering a perfect fit. We have the network of local tailors who will take your measurement at a location convenient for you.
